Bayfield Coastline Paintings Donated

The Bayfield Collection was the receiver of an painting illustrating life along the Bayfield shoreline several century ago. Regional underwater historian John Carroll contributed the painting on part of well known writer and Marine Historian Brian Bamford.

The water color was done by internationally-acclaimed specialist Girl Lewis. Carroll factors out in the delayed 1800′s there would have been two or three million veins registered to bring shipping up and down the Pond Huron shoreline on both factors of the boundary.
